Tortilla Chips


  • 5 big tortilla wraps
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Spices
  • Cheese
  • Dip



Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Mix olive oil, juice and spices in a small dish to prepare sauce. Spread tortillas on both sides using prepared sauce. Cut the tortillas into pieces – triangles or diamonds with a width of a few centimeters, and then put them on the baking tray. Bake chips for about 4-6 minutes (check quite often if it is baked enough). Remove the baking tray from the oven, let the chips to get slightly cooled. You can also sprinkle still warm chips with a small amount of grated cheese and serve together with dip.
