Spinach wraps with turkey


  • 2 spinach tortilla wraps
  • 1 tomato
  • 15g of canned corn
  • 50g of smoked turkey
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 30g of tomato pesto
  • a handful of basil leaves



Chop the tomato and chilli pepper into thin slices. Prepare the smoked turkey and divide it into small pieces. Spread the spinach tortillas with a thin layer of tomato pesto. To such prepared base add ingredients at your own discretion: tomato slices, corn, turkey, chilli pepper, fresh basil leaves. Bend each of the tortillas in ¾ of it height, then roll it, thank to such operation the wraps’content for sure will not “escape” down during eating.
